We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through our contact form:

  • Name (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • Company name (required)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Message (required)
  • Product interest (optional)

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiry — to process and reply to messages submitted through our contact form. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in communicating with potential customers).

4. Recipients and processors

Your data may be shared with the following service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Resend — email delivery service used to send your contact form submission to our team.
  • Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery. Cloudflare may process technical data (IP address, request headers) to deliver the website securely.
  • Plausible Analytics — privacy-focused web analytics hosted in the EU. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors. We use it to understand aggregate traffic patterns (e.g. which pages are visited most).

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any cookie used for user tracking. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary technical cookie (__cf_bm) for security purposes (bot protection). This cookie does not track your browsing behaviour and is exempt from consent requirements under the ePrivacy Directive.

We use Plausible Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics. Plausible is cookieless and does not collect or store personal data.

6. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship. The data is then deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. bookkeeping obligations).

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you (Art. 15)
  • Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data (Art. 17)
  • Right to restriction — request that we limit our processing of your data (Art. 18)
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20)
  • Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
