The gelatine in our capsules is supplied with Certificates of Suitability (CoS) issued by the European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines (EDQM), confirming BSE/TSE safety. Yes. Our bovine gelatine capsules are halal certified. The gelatine is processed to halal requirements, and halal certification guarantees that no porcine gelatine is blended in. Halal certificates are available on request per batch.
What are elongated capsules?
Elongated capsules (1el, 0el, 00el) have the same diameter as their standard counterpart but are longer, providing 10–15% more fill volume. They are useful when a formulation needs slightly more space without moving to the next capsule size.
What are tamper-evident capsules?
Tamper-evident capsules (sizes A and B) are designed so that opening after filling is visually detectable. They are used in products where tamper evidence is a regulatory or brand requirement.
